Oi Inacio, sou brasileira e moro em Genebra. Tenho 50 anos e um irmão de 48 que se mudou há pouco c a família p Floripa. Eu fui diagnosticada há mais ou menos 1 ano, tomo Ritalina LA 30mg mas e Lexapro 15mg, há mas tempo.

Não é perfeito, c 20mg de ritalina LA falta gás à tarde. C 30mg, fico muito ansiosa de manhã. Mas faço terapia cognitivo comportamental e conforme administro melhor minha vida e meu dia a dia, acho que talvez os 20mg sejam suficientes. Não sei... ainda nao estou totalmente na dose certa, nem sei se no remédio certo, mas caminhando e melhorando. Isso já me deixa feliz.

Gostaria de saber um pouco de como você descobriu que tinha TDA, sua história. E como está progredindo. Pra ter algum parâmetro. É o primeiro brasileiro que tenho contato.

Hi Inacio, I'm Brazilian and I live in Geneva. I am 50 years old and I've a 48 years old brother who moved recently with his family family to Floripa. I was diagnosed for about 1 year, since when I've been taking Ritalin LA 30mg. I've been taking Lexapro 15mg from 3 years.

It is not perfect, Ritalin LA 20mg seems not enough in the afternoon. 30mg makes me too anxious in the morning. But I do cognitive behavioral therapy and as I manage my life and my to-do better , I think maybe 20mg would be enough. I do not know ... I guess I'm not yet in the right dose, Or even in the right medicine, but I'm improving. That makes me really happy.

I'd like to know a little about how you discovered that you had ADD, your story. And how it is progressing. To have some parameter. You're the first Brazilian I have contact with.

Also from Brazil. Also taking Vyvanse and having the same problem. Have you tried to take the Vyvanse later instead of when you wake up? Have you heard about L-tyrosine and L-the anime? They are aminoácids, I think they are helping me a little. I take them when I know the medicine is wearing off around 5 pm.

Recently I did the genetic test to know what medicine works better in my body. I know that Brazil has this test in USP in São Paulo. Here it’s called pharmacogenetic test (pgx).
