Thanks for this interesting summary on what we do and don't know about ADHD and pregnancy.

It appears that the main study cited had no control group. That is, women with ADHD who were not taking medication.

It is possible, I would imagine, that the three birth defects might be more highly associated with women who have ADHD (or with their offspring who have ADHD) than in the general population.

That's a critical piece of missing information.
