What are the thoughts on Addereall v. Ritalin. Looking for the most effective, but is it cost effective? What do these cost and do they work the same?

Ritalin is interesting ... I have clear thoughts! YEAH!

From my experience, it all depends on what time of adhd you have and how you function. Not sure about Adderall. I took Ritalin as a kid, and now am taking it again as it appeared to work enough to stay on it as a kid for 5 years or so. In the last decade or so they came out with an extended release Ritalin (which is much more expensive per pill), but apparently works better. The cheaper pill that you take multiple times a day (what I take) can easily throw you off, however I've experience very little of that.

Hope that helps clarify or inform!

Ritalin is the ticket ... looks like 10M is enough ... the difference is profound.

Thank you!

Hi,

I have taken ritalin for 27 years or so. I have never taken adderall though. I have taken concerta, used a patch for adhd. I favor ritalin. I like the 4 hour dose. I have tried the extended release, but, I find that I will not eat if I take that. Hope that helps.
