Camp or school program covered with medical assistance?

I have twin boys aged 11. I am wondering if anyone knows of a year round school or a summer camp program that would be covered by medical assistance? We live in Baltimore, Maryland, but if the camp or school is overnight, we could go outside of Maryland.

Perhaps check with the local Rotary or Kiwanis clubs in your area. They often have money they wish to use for "scholarships" for children. I suspect that either the disability or the financial need would be enough to "qualify." Good luck.
