Hi, , has anyone tried "Natural Vitality CALM Kids" supplement with their kids? i just ordered on Amazon to give it a go and would love to hear any feedback.. Thanks!

Yes I have, we only been drinking it for half month so I haven’t seen any improvement. I heard that it might takes a few months.

What is the dosage you are using?

It’s just magnesium. My son drank it at bedtime until he refused. Now I just include magnesium in his supper vitamins. No big effect, but it does help to keep one “regular”. 😉

I had my son try it for a while and it didn't do anything honestly.

I didn't notice any changes and it tastes sour. Two of my kids don't like the taste.
