My 7yr old son is on day 4 Vayarin. 2x a day.. he has been so out of touch. Very agitated, emotional and just not himself. Has anyone experienced this.

I'm surprised. The medication should take 30-60 days to show signs of improvement. I assumed it would take that long to show side effects.
How long has he been taking it? We were told 90 days was the minimum amount of time to see any changes, but even then ours were subtle.
