ODD medication

Anyone have luck with ODD and medication? I’m thinking this is what my son has. He also has severe ADHD.

I have a feeling my son might have mild ODD. My son's psychiatrist decided to trial a very small dose of Prozac with him. His behavior seems to have improved at school but not so much at home. He is also on Intuniv, but we don't do stimulants because he does not eat when on them. His psychiatrist said that behaviors can sometimes stem from anxiety. I'm hoping eventually his behavior will improve at home as well.

Is your son already on adhd medicine? If he sees a psychiatrist I would ask about trailing a medicine that might help with ODD symptoms.

I don’t have children but please watch this short video by my favorite person in the field of ADHD, Dr. Russell Barkley. He says ADHD is ODD vs it being a comorbid disorder in addition to ADHD. I feel like if I were a parent that would make me feel better because I know it made me personally feel better once I realized how many of my issues I thought were all different issues, were actually just one issue.
