Hi, I had a hysterectomy two years ago due to adeno, they left my ovaries intact,
For a year I had no issues everything seemed so much better, a year later I get what I was told was ovulation pain,
I gave up on my gyne because he wasn’t helping so I’ve left it, but every month for two weeks out of the month I get horrible symptoms, after doing more of my own research I think I have an answer PMDD, the symptoms match me 100%, if I go back to the doctors do you think they could help me? Instead of making me feel like a crazy person? I’m having an episode currently and just cry all the time and feel no hope, I haven’t spoken to my hubby for three days because I just don’t, this is ruining my life and I feel no one takes me seriously, it’s just hormones they say, deal with it! But I can’t theres only so much I can cope with and pretend to smile anyone have an opinion please x

So sorry to hear that you are suffering. Absolutely go back to your gp or find another gynae. You have a medical past that needs to be recognised especially in treating your ongoing issues. You should definitely expain to someone in the medical profession how you feel and especially what you think you are suffering from - this will show people how you have empowered yourself to try and get to the bottom of what might be wrong. Don't be dismissed, every pain is valid. xx
