Should I wait to see a haematologist to stop my Xarelto?

To follow up my post yesterday, I’ve arranged to see a private haematologist today. Tomorrow I finish my 3 month course of Xarelto.

I’m looking for some advice and experiences. I’m wondering in the interim between today and seeing the haematologist, which is 7 days, should I continue my Xarelto 20mg? I have a lots of medication left, as they over compensated with my supply. I’m extremely anxious due to the fact that every medical person I’ve asked says I should have been in the hands of a haematologist the whole time, but he refused to see me as he insists the bilateral PE was caused by birth control and will not look into it further. Hence I’m seeing a specialist, and why I’m anxious to take my doctors advice over a blood expert.

I don’t want to stop taking the Xarelto just for something to then happen because I took the advice of someone who isn’t a haematologist. Would it be safe to keep taking it until I see the haematologist and then go on their advice?
