I have changed from warfarin to Russians this week. I am feeling really anxious. My heart seems to be beating faster. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was on Rivaroxaban it made me feel dizzy and sick, switched to warfarin.

I've been on it for over a year and no side-effects apart from slight indigestion (which might just be clot pains, who knows?) from time to time. If you still feel miserable next week, go back to the doctor.

Hi Bower. I’m on apixaban and sometimes feel like that. I just put it down to the fact my blood is swishing around much faster than it used to be. Some of us are quite sensitive to the sensation. But if it worries you, go back to your GP and get checked out, even if its just to put your mind at rest.

I was put on 20mg Rivaroxaban August 2017 after DVT and PE following long flight. After experiencing irregular heartbeat was put on 2.5mg Bisoprolol. Heart rhythm now OK 99% of the time. Also got bad reflux as a result of Rivaroxaban so was put on 20mg Omeprazole which has resolved the reflux.
