I have COPD but have just been diagnosed as have PE, clot on my right lung and they have also noticed some scarring indicating some previous clots. Doctor has put me on XARELTO and anyone on here taking the same anticoagulant

Yes I am and have no problems with it.

Me too, and I've been taking it for over a year. I had indigestion (but it may have been clot pains!) on the initial dose of two 15 mg tablets a day, which I had to take for 3 weeks, but I honestly don't know I'm on the maintenance dose of 20 mg a day, which is just as well as I may be on it for life.... Good luck, and I hope your breathing eases.

I'm on the same plan as you. 15mg twice a day then on to 20mg and for the rest of my life

That's what I had. 2x 15mgs for the first three weeks and then to 20mg once a day after that.

Yep, I was on it (rivaroxaban) and was taking it twice a day. I had no side effects.
