Headaches on one side of head

I’m taking warfarin for a DVT & a PE on my Lung, I’ve been getting Headaches on the right side of my head! Very painful the last one went on 4 days! Not there all the time though, yesterday I also had a strange feeling bit painful when I was walking in my right leg which is the one with the DVT in, has anyone else had things like this please? I did mention the headache to my Doctor who sent me to have my eyes looked at, I ended up getting new glasses so it’s definitely not that. Thanks everyone.

I've experienced the same pain on the left side of my skull, sometimes I will wake with it. The first time I experienced it, my doctor sent me straight into hospital to check for a bleed.

Happy to say I did not have a bleed but it is concerning when every now and again I experience this pain and in conjunction with this my INR level is usually elevated.

Thanks Ladies we’ve definitely decided to go straight to my doctor or the hospital as my Husband is very concerned.
