Sorry, I'm not quite sure what your question is.

What is your therapeutic inr range?

What is your current inr ?

It took me at least ,6 months to get anywhere near my required range of 2.5

Are you in the Uk?

My INR value is 1.9 after taking the Acitrom 3mg/4mg alternate days basis since August 6 th 2017 onwards.

I am from India

So, what is the inr you are aiming for?

Diet plays a big part in inr. I can explain more when I know what you are aiming for.

Also alcohol and drug interactions.

If they need you on a higher INR they can increase your dose a little. I got to my target INR in about a month but take much higher doses than you do. I take generic warfarin as I am in the U.K. But it's the INR that is the important thing not how much you take. I hope they told you to keep your intake of vitamin K foods fairly constant as this affects INR.
