Bad cramp

So stressed today & now my leg has really bad cramp just makes me worry it's another dvt 😞 Will I ever feel calm ?

If you are on the anti coagulants you are very unlikely to have another dvt. even if you ever did, you are already on the right therapy for it. try to keep calm. anguish causes tension, which often leads to pain in your bad leg. it has happened to me. because your leg is compromised it is sensitive to tension and therefore pain. you will get pain due to dvt. the more you can stay calm the less tension and therefore the less instances of pain you will get. Remember you are already on the correct treatment for this, so you should not need to worry. take care
