Thrombosis related twitch ?

Hi, I am a 80 years old male. I have DVT in left leg plus type 2 diabetes. For the last 3 hours, I have been getting sudden sharp pains in my back, just left of the spine, level with top of the hip bone. The pain travels from the back all the way down my left leg and causes my left knee to pull up towards my right leg in the hip joint area, and my body shudders from a very strong muscular twitch, also causing my body to fold over at the waist towards the knees. Can anyone tell me what this might be, please ?

Sounds like a muscular spasm to me, only advice is to see a doc ASAP, which I hope you have done already!! Good luck and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
