hi all I'm a newbie to this sanctuary I have copd stage three now very puffy this has brought on paf making walking hard to breath got to start taking warfarin and have an ablation.

if I had my way I would have a pace maker/ ablation when I start the warfarin I would like to test myselve and then go on to adjust the dosage as it is a 36 mile round trip to the hospital your views please
