Someone waiting for my return 😁

A couple of cautiously optimistic walks !I went out yesterday for a walk to my local shop which was picking the distance up ever so slightly since hurting my back and without any consequences.

I have also been doing the daily exercises given to me by my physio (He's a magician !)

The back feels pretty good but probably a little off where it was before my bike ride still.

And it's not been 100 % for several years πŸ€”

So today another trip to the shop but a slightly longer route home .

I also managed to pick the exertion level back up on this one .

It's funny really I have been that aware of my back problem recently that I didn't really think about the heart attack.

Although obviously still very much in my thoughts it's not the first thought I have now in the morning .

So back to feeling cautiously optimistic again .

And the picture was Misty on my garage roof waiting for me to come home 😁

It's so heart warming to read these positive updates. Long may they continue 😁 Oh, and your Misty is beautiful 😻

I love that photo of Misty! What a super cat to have in the cheer squad!

So glad things are going well. I totally understand the cautious optimism though. Bumps along the way but generally heading upwards. That’s what we want (preferably without the bumps!!) ❀️
