My 7 km early morning walk was for Tim if a walk counts, I walked 7 km in 1 hour8 min. Stopped and started due to taking photos. Not very clear but got some done. At least you can see out in the dark. Was dry for a change 5 degrees , met one runner and a couple of horses up early . Went down by the river and river flowing quite fast after the rain we have had. Mr D still in bed when got back so showered and started brekkie and fed our wee pals blackbird and robin. They always get fed before us, Thryre on bed and breakfast here.

hope u have a lovely weekend. 😊

Well done on getting out so early! 👏🏼

I didn’t like this time of year when I was working…going to and from work in the dark ☹️

Got to say…your 7k walk time is only a smidge slower than my 7k run time 😂

Fitting tribute…we do what we are able to do…and enjoy ourselves doing it! 🙌🏼😊
