What path are you on now after the HA? Are you waiting for tests? Or procedure? I came to Active 10 when I found myself in cardio rehab after a triple bypass 6 months ago. Of course you have to check out anything you learn on here with your cardio team and GP but as a general statement the medical world always advise walking as a way to heart health for everyone including (especially!) those who have had or in danger of a HA. Talk to your cardio/GP. Do you know there is a fantastic forum, British Heart Foundation, for us hearties on HealthUnlocked. There will be someone there who has already been through what you are going through now who can tell you things to expect. Best of luck.

Hi, I am so sorry you had such a terrible experience. I imagine that resting and perhaps very gentle walking will be your priority at the moment, but I think that what willsie01 said looks spot-on - you need professional advice.

I hope you recover really quickly, all the best xxx
