I think I’m going to make the best of the good weather today, as the forecast for tomorrow is dire.

Anyone else out and about today getting some sunshine rays in?

Have fun out there... we are heading out soon for maybe the last awful day to run, but great day to walk, if the year.

Had to pull-up 3km into. 5km run and walk home. I think I pushed it a bit too much at the gym yesterday, hopefully it will be all better next week after a rest up this weekend, just gentle stretches tomorrow . Hope you had a nice walk. Rfc x

Well done stopping... fingers crossed for the week ahead.

I missed the walk... but got a gentle 3k jog in with the little one later. Gonna go long on the walk tomorrow though I think.

Hi Rfc, yes, we finally made it to Oxford for the weekend. We did the walk along the Thames path from Abingdon to Oxford yesterday (about 13k) and today we are doing the walking tour, so another two hours! It's lovely though😊

Yes, had a lovely walk with my sister. It was very warm but luckily the walk ended at a river where the dogs cooled off 😊. Hoping to get a run tomorrow morning - if I can after a big curry tonight!
