I’m sure you can, just think of them as little bite size chunks and they will feel more manageable. Keep coming back on here a let us know how you are getting on. Rfc x
Little bits of walking sure adds up.
10 minute walks are the way to go. Even just one a day which is easily done will make a difference over a week. Keep going.
