Wonderful weather!

What a lovely sunny day it is today! I'm just back from my walk to my local friendly coffee shop - and I had company today as my neighbour walked with me. So much easier to brisk walk when you are actually talking to a person instead of yourself - and passersby don't look at you strangely either! I had to go out this morning because I'm watching the tennis this afternoon! Have a good weekend everyone!

Wow is it a year already since you were changing your routines for the tennis. Time flies. I have been on a train all day going to visit my Dad. Not much walking this week for me but gardening and painting the fence is onthe cards. Have a great weekend. Rfc x

This warm weather I'm up and out early too and i rest during the hottest part of the day. ( i have multiple sclerosis )

A cool room and a nice book to read. Any a lovely rest in a cook room.
