Active 10 does not register my brisk walks

Hi there, this is not a complaint I am wondering if anybody else has the same problem. I did three 11 min walks yesterday and nothing registered. I have just completed two 11 minute walks - nothing. Although my Active 10 app says I have walked briskly for 15 minutes. It has been working fine until now when I was about to earn my reward for walking 2 - 10min for two weeks. Although I have been doing it for 16 days I still did not get my reward. Anyone else had this problem and do they know the answer. It still does not discourage me though. My husband I am obsessed with Active 10, which is not a bad thing !!!!

I am sorry it has done that it must be frustrating. I know there have some issues. Please could you send a report to the link at the bottom of this post. The more information we can Give them the more they can work with to sort it out.

I have earned my badge for walking 10mins per day for two weeks. It would be great to get that. Do you need any other information?

I’ve had similar problem today. Used to be very reliable (over many months). Same phone worn in same place as always and my usual route. 2x1+ mile brisk walks today and it just registered 15 mins total walking, only 2 mins brisk walking... wonder if the new version of the app has glitches ? Would expect at least 30 mins brisk walking to register ...
