'Rewards' not working?

Anyone help please? Have recorded at least 4 continuous weeks of ' Active 10s' but haven't received the 'Walking Warrior Silver or Gold' award!!???

Hi Bazza15 - that's really frustrating! I'm afraid I don't use the app as all things technical befuddle me - I can only point you to the pinned posts where you'll find a link to 'problems with the Active 10 app'. However, I'm sure one of the other admins or one of our more tech savvy forum members will give you good advice when they read your post!

Hi again Bazza15 - so sorry, I should have said that if you can't get the app to co-operate, you can go to the pinned posts on 'Badges' to see which you can claim and then you can claim them here! One of the admins will sort it so that the badge(s) appear next to your name!
