Hi everyone I have recently begun to try and increase how much walking and activity I do every day. Although I am not aiming at 10000 steps a day due to health issues that I have, Iam trying to slowly raise the number I do. I have found some low impact aerobic/walking videos on you tube and hopefully these will help.

Welcome. We all have different goals here, and we have a few folks (myself included) with health issues that impact our walking. There's more than one way to skin a cat, some people like longer walks, others it's better to add more walking in little bits throughout the day.
I also have mobility problems but I walked 1 mile today through the park stopping at park benches intermittently.
Hi today I did 30mins aerobics with walking exercises then 15mins of yoga as a cool down........and other exercise today has been pottering around the house 😃😃
