On AS -- recent PSA

Hi Gents,

I just went for my three-month PSA reading as part of my AS protocol at MSKCC. It came back at 6.54. That's a full point down from 7.51 in February. I'm still waiting for the Free PSA reading.

Even before I was diagnosed with Gleason 6 in two cores (1% and 3%, respectively), my PSA always bounced around like this. My last six readings from oldest to newest were: 7.73, 6.19, 6.09, 6.43, 7.51, and now 6.54. My Free PSA is always in the 22% to 26% range.

It appears I'll just stay on track for my scheduled MRI in August as that is part of the protocol, and if all has remained the same (my last MRI was PIRADS 3), I follow on with PSA reading and then a biopsy sometime in early 2021.

Is anyone here in this group on AS at MSKCC in NYC?

Thanks!
