Hi everyone i need some advice I have lower back pain it is really painful I went to see my gp she gave codiene tablet they help just asking if there is anything else I can do for the pain 😔

X-rays and an MRI might show the real problem...Of course medication can relieve the pain but that's like a band-aid (temporary)...Get a diagnosis first!
