Knowing that all of the people you love, inside and out (underline x3), will always support you.

I saw my GP today. He disclosed that I am underweight. I concurred. I was teary, and incredibly emotional. I suppose that's easily fixed. I still have moments of turbulence, but I'm feeling a lot better. Even though I'm still concerned, I ate so much food today! I feel better.

What helps beat my depression is knowing that my family will support me - no matter what. I love my family & my dearest friends, and I hope that they know: I love them too.

Thanks Ann. They're always there for me, even through difficult times. Unwavering support. Even though there were times that I retained things from them - I know I can tell them how I feel if need be.
