Confused, depressed and not sure which way to turn.

I saw an out of hours nurse today. I'm convinced: I have clinical depression. I love my family. But my behaviour can't be explained. I think I have paranoia. I think I'm going to have an appt. at the GP tomorrow. Because I don't understand what is wrong with me.

I'm sure if you go to your GP they will give you a small questionnaire about your feelings thoughts and behaviour, and go from there.

I'm not suprised you have depression, it is a natural response to having been involved in violent relationships! Do keep trying to seek help, it is out there and you are entitled to some support.
