Back to work soon Anxiety

Hello friend,s I hope every one is doing well.

I was wondering, if any body could recommend any good excercises to deal with anxeity attacks an aby adviced preventing them. I am back to work shortly

and any advice greatly appreciated

Hi. Do you have propananol from your GP? That reduces the physical symptoms of anxiety, like sweating and racing heart. Then mindfulness exercises help get the mental symptoms under control.

If it is work that is worrying you then do a journey to and from your workplace before going back. Even if you sit in a café drinking a cup of coffee across the road - you have proved to yourself that you have done it.

Try cutting out the coffee and drinking herbal tea.
