samlou, here what you are saying. Christmas can be a particularly difficult time of year and your personal circumstances are obviously very difficult.

there is obviously a bit of you that doesn't actually want to end your life or you wouldn't be wanting to talk about it and you certainly wouldn't feel you needed to apologise that you feel that way.

Your earlier post mentioned bpd. how long have you been diagnosed? are you on medication. If so, are you taking your medication?

Hi please don't do that. I had to attend a funeral of a teenage girl it was .The impact she had on everyone there was huge.
