Hi it's hard to advise you without knowing your age. Are you still in school? Is there a counsellor there you could talk to? x

You have made a great start in going online and joining this forum. Telephone your doctor's surgery and make an appointment to see your GP to discuss your situation and your feelings. You have been through a lot of tough events recently and yet you are coping well and thinking things through intelligently and perceptively. These qualities will help you cope with where you are, what is to come and you will always be able to forge a good future with your qualities. Counselling has always helped me and I hope you can get some and that it helps you too. Be strong for yourself, your sister and your Mum. Good luck, and be kind to yourself: you're doing well

Hi

You should go and see your dr and ask to get help.

They might just give you antidepressants, but ask if you can see a councellor as you need to talk your problems through. I think you need to have someone to talk to as your mums depressed too and I guess you can't talk to her.

Good luck and best wishes.

Hi, and welcome to the community. You've already been given some great advice, but I thought I'd chip in too.

I agree with the advice you have been given about visiting a Doctor. It is understandable that you are sad about your sister and your grades, but if there is an underlying problem, it's definitely always worth asking for help.

The thing about good grades is that it's helpful if you have them, but doesn't have to define the rest of your life if you don't have them. I am highly educated and have worked in jobs where I have used my qualifications, and I can honestly say that I'm happier in an easier job where minimal qualifications were required.

You will have the chance to retake them if that is what you want to do, but don't be hard on yourself. It sounds like you've survived through a really tough time in your life.

Let us know how you get on, and we are all here for you.
