I agree that people in this community are the most helpful, understanding, kind, and generous people I've come across. I wish the best for all of them and it warms my heart to know people like them exists same as you. Stay strong my friend and keep looking forward. We all will support you through thick and thin as we all got each others backs in this! ^_^

Hi what a lovely post Spykey. This is a very good forum coz we all understand depression and like you I have little support outside this site. I would be in a much worse place without it. x
Thanks spykey,we all appreciate nice comments.I can only speak for myself when I say that I find replying to posts and trying to be helpful very therapeutic for me. I have n't had depression for about a year now, and I'm absolutely convinced that trying to help others on the forum has contributed to my good mental health at the moment.
Rightly or wrongly I feel I'm doing something useful which is always good ,and one gets an especially good feeling when one is thanked for help.
