This week wasn't so bad. I was able to get up every morning at around the same time, but falling asleep still remains a struggle. I followed my schedule and went to the gym a few times even when I didn't feel like it. And now I feel better physically and don't feel the need to lie down all the time, which I am sooo grateful for. I'm doing my best to have 3 meals a day. And I've been jotting down 3 things I'm grateful for everyday, which I think may have improved my mood.
