FEELING REALLY NUMB AND WEIRD.

Okay so I can't figure out what is wrong with me. My skin feels dry like sandpaper and my feet feel slightly achy and like when you're way too cold you stop feeling your feet type numb. But when I touch them I feel the sensation. I feel dry and pappery all over and this has happened once or twice but I ignored it. My feet are so weirdly numb. Someone please help.

Yeah got the flu. I have no idea what the hell is wrong either. I feel dry and papery and my body slightly aches and feels heavy like gravity working wayy too hard. But it happens without flu too. And I've noticed its always more worse when my sleep cycle changes. Like when I sleep in the morning and wake at twilight.

Could you be suffering from dehydration? Are you drinking enough water? Have you been tested for diabetes? Sorry I have only questions but no answers for you. Pay your doctor a visit.

no i don't have diabetes or dehydration. I think I have dry skin. Yes I will thank you
