Please can anyone help me now, I need to get out of bed and get through the day, just feel frozen with fear, please god when is this ever going to end,

Hi I hope you have managed to get out of bed by now. Don't think so far ahead to the whole day as that's too much for you. Just concentrate on one thing at a time and the next minute. Promise yourself a treat when you get up - like you can have a cup of tea. Then carry on like that. Can you come back in and tell us how you are feeling right now? Bev x

I'm just battling to get ready now to get out, and yes your right the thought of looking to far ahead is over whealming thank you so very much for being there

Hi Sandra I admit I did feel a bit helpless to know what to say to try and help you but realised that being here for you is often just what's needed. Sometimes we just want someone to listen and to care, and I do care. I am sure others will be in very soon too.

Thank you so very much Bev it means so much when you get a friendly reply someone who takes the time to show they care, when you feel as bad as I do just knowning someone is there, I really am frightened I'm never getting over this, I battle everyday and feel IV gone backwards, thank you for being there
