I'm an atheist, but I fully understand how BELIEFS—to a much greater degree than anti-depressant drugs—are extremely important to pulling yourself out of depression.

✓Believe that you are an expert

✓Believe you're young

✓Believe it's easy in the "current climate"

✓Believe people are supporting your dream

✓Believe you will succeed

✓Believe you have time

✓Believe you like people

✓Believe it's certain, stable and safe

✓Believe you are inspired

✓Believe you will do it sometime

✓Believe you will beat the competition

✓Believe you know what you are doing

Make these beliefs a part of your nature and you will have the powerful trait of resiliency.

Resilient (adjective): Able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed; able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.

Or in a simpler way - courage, confidence, self esteem. Not necessarily in that order. x
