Life is a bitch, a derogatory remark, sorry to all female dogs.

My life over the last two months, I think I would not want to pass down to the above. Have been having Physio and they have caused me more problems that I have suffered from for the last thirty years. So now on Monday they are starting their voodoo on my Neck and Spine with their needles and and pins. That reminds me of an old pop song, I will refrain from bursting into song.

They have had me on a diet and now seem to understand that my food intake is good and my weight is caused by lack of movement due to my sore, sore joints in neck, spine, and hips. .

My time has been taken up with appointments in my Voluntary Work and I feel that I am a small fish in a big pool. So even there I feel that life is very hard for those who suffer on a daily basis.

My property that was messed up by the Environment Agency is now proceeding through lawyer and barrister so if you thought I was depressed before you have seen nothing yet, I wish I could slither to a cupboard under the stairs, sad to say the house with the cupboard is the former and now I live in a bungalow that does not have any stairs, I supposed I could put up steps and cover them with a sheet and pretend I am under the stairs. Sad to say I cannot expect that too work.

Pax is getting annoyed with me, being in so much pain I find that going for a walk is sometimes very hard and now He is refusing to go out without my company so that is upsetting Hazel as He will only go to the back lane without me. So I suppose Pax is suffering and Hazel is concerned regarding Pax and Me. So I suppose, my needs now stand at a checkmate where all there is to look forward to is look after the garden.

Even there my activity can be stressed due to my chronic pains.

So now I hope to have more time and I look forward to chats on this site once more as things should be returning to some form of normality. O forgot my next door is getting a Labrador bitch so Pax is ok there.

All the very best to all

BOB

Hi Bob Ah you poor thing, your going through the mill, and I'm sure Pax misses the walks.

Hopefully you will get better very soon Bob, and be back in fighting form. That's great

That Pax might have a love interest.

Bob look after yourself and try and do as Physio says to make a good recovery,

We miss you here.

Hello Bob! Lovely surprise to see a post from you! I often wonder how you're doing ...

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been in so much pain. Your situation reminds me of my Dad. He's constantly getting nagged at by his diabetes nurse to lose weight, but having chronic lymphodaema means that his movement is severely restricted. Even on a steady diet of the recommended calorie take for a tall man, he remains overweight.

I'm sure Pax is not annoyed at you. I'd say probably more worried than annoyed. He can surely sense that you are not feeling too good, and that's probably making him anxious.

Dealing with the house situation must be incredibly stressful for you both, especially as none of it is your fault! Let's hope for a speedy resolve!

Anyway, I hope you do manage to post more, as I always enjoy chatting to you!

Take care,

Lucy x

Sorry life is being a bit bitchy ... or a lot bitchy ... but good that you can be philosophical about it ...

Hope the voodoo goes well and you get some relief from all the pain. Think pain is a real 'bitch'.

Great to see you Bob but sorry to hear about your problems. Bev xx
