does anyone know about RLS?

I have habit of constant leg shaking,since i was in 7th grade.i am unable to stop it. But i do not feel any pain. Whenever i am sitting or lying,doing something or doing nothing,my legs,during sitting and feet during lying,are always shaking. Please help me if someone knows about it,or do i suffer from RLS?

Hi,

you may well have RLS but you'd need your doctor to confirm or discount this for you.. I always feel that my legs are needing to be constantly moving and I just can't stop them. I take Ripinerole which helps me enormously. It may be worth having a chat with your doctor who will be able to advise you if you do have RLS.

Oh dear, not helpful then. You might find increasing your magnesium levels will help so see if you can get a magnesium with calcium supplement. That can often do the trick.
