Hi all me gain!; saw dr tues tea time&im now waiting2hear from Wellbeing.They will give me 121 Couciling on Depression which has changed since August last year when I was having a phone call every wk&asking me questions on a 1-10 Scale how depressed I felt that wk!! 
Medication staying same as dr z iv tried the best there is ! Been busy@work so no time2get lonly this wk, just wish I could find motivation2get other bits done (garden, house wrk) xxx

Hi knowles8586 Iv learnt from my 20 odd yrs of depression no2days r the same my Dr z I keep ploding along & hes right I do cos thats only way I know how.I keep going cos i am2affaid of death&leaving my family with the grieff
