I have struggled with depression nearly all of my life and now it's back. I have been working on it baby myself for many years but just these past few years my husband has been a big influence to me, since we met many years back he has helped me to boost my self esteem, I still have my days I get low but they had been pretty rare until recent...I just can't get out of this black hole and I am having a hard time being able to function most days... Hi I was looking through the posts and saw you had no replies. You will probably have more success on either the depression site or the anxiety and depression site. They are both on here if you look under 'my communities' right at the top of your screen then go into browse communities.
