There is little rhyme or reason to Tinnitus.

but the more it bothers you the worse it seems to get. After 30 years I hear constantly the noise as if I have left a tap running or just flushed the loo. If you call the British Tinnitus association they will send you lots of helpful info.

Hi hope you are OK my AN is cystic too, and tinnitus is there but not constantly, it seems to be increasing though.

Sory to learn of your struggles. My tinnitues is high pitched and comes and goes, but, I used a white noise air filter at night and play spotify new age music all night - and adjust as needed - sitting in a quiet room when it is loud is not easy to deal with imho -

Also, it seems to sort of help, but the ear pain relief spray called Audisol might be something to also try...

hope that helps!
