I used to get cramps but my doctor put me on Quinine Sulphate 300mg, 1 tablet before going to bed, I also take one before I go Scuba Diving, you can take a glass of Tonic Water but it must contain Quinine. When I was put on Warfarin they took me off the tablet & only on the Tonic Water. I am still on Warfarin and I am now back on Quinine Sulfate, it is very good for cramps.

When on Warfarin don't be surprised if you get patches, rough area's, very itchy legs and the legs are pock marked, do not scratch and you can put cream on the itchy area, the clot that I have is behind the left knee, I think it is going down and I am waiting for an assessment in my local hospital so I can go on holiday and fly to Malta .

On my Pre Opp before they put in a new left Hip they did a check & after the post Opp the did another check, the Doctor thought that the clot was going down slightly and that the clot was an old one.
