Lifeless Hair!

Since taking warfarin for the last year, my hair has become dull and lifeless. I had thick and full bodied hair that was always glossy and strong. Now, although still thick, seems quite dull and dry. Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for hair treatment/shampoo etc

Dying hair always brings it back to life and add shine. There is a good haor color out called aragon it has the argon oil in it and the rinse out is minimal. I was impressed. Also mane and tail shampoo and condtioner really helped my hair. Its in dog section at walmart if u have a walmart where u are just fyi. Hope that helps

Thanks for the quick reply. I do colour my hair and it is usually ok for a few weeks post colour, and it does need doing again, agree it feels much better after a colour. I will look into the other things. I am in UK but I have seen some shampoo with argon oil so might give that a try see how it goes. Thanks again :)

I've found the same with my hair but it has also become very thin and lose strands when washing and brushing it.

I had a huge problem with hair loss and dryness. It got so bad recently after significantly increasing my Warfarin dose and a high dose steroid following an illness that Inwas desperate for help. I usually have thick curly hair and began to look like the wild women of Borneo! Anyway I digress ! I purchased loads of products that promised sleek shiney hair but only one delivered for me; it was Garnier Ultimate BLENDS, shampoo and restorer. I also used to matching conditioner. I take a cod liver oil capsule also to repair from the inside and drink plenty of fluids. Finally after months of stressful hair days it's almost under control! Good luck, I hope you find a remedy soon. 💜

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I do have some hair loss but I have always been blessed with a good head of hair that has always been the envy of my friends. It's the dryness that is my main problem. I am just about to colour my hair, that usually helps the condition. I will checked out tge shampoo and conditioner you recommend :)
