To visit a doctor, as it can have underlying causes. You'll find plenty of google-advice on how to reduce symptoms, but it won't help deduce a perhaps underlying cause. Under 16 years of age it's even highly recommended. It's a little time and money but very well spent.
I don't agree to visit a doctor at this stage as you need to try over the counter meds first as they will probably cure it. Ask your pharmacist for their recommendations. x
