i know i have something wrong in my head, i have strange mood swings where one moment i'm happy and then i am rage filled, sad, stressed, etc. my hands spasm when i'm nervous, certain music strikes my rage and i could go ballistic. i have had dreams and thoughts of bad things i won't go into now but it hurts me mentally and physically. i am stressed out right now actually.
