Introduction I suppose

Hi Im new here, I guess I joined because I feel like there's something off but I dont know what it is, i just know that something is wrong, i can't get proffessional help so I'll just put this here.

If you could tell us a little more than would help. I do know from you user name you certainly lack self confidence and maybe even feel sorry for yourself, maybe you feel you have no control to improve your situation but any help would be useful.

i do lack self confidence, but thats been an issue for a long time now ive gotten used to it, i dont really know what is wrong completely, ive just been feeling off and sometimes that im kinda dittatched from the world in a way? i seem to daydream a lot or just go off into my own mind for a long time without realizing it and sometimes i cant control it and it could happen anytime. i also seem to not be able to focus during conversations or get distracted. And a big issue is that i forget a lot of things, but not like everyone else, i sometimes forget certain words or information ive just been told, i also seem to forget long periods of time, for example, i cant seem to remember my personality or how i was like a few years ago, some years are completely erased from my mind but like they're somewhere really deep. I also have really bad anxiety and i dont know if it has any connection. Sorry for the long paragraph.

Okay, there are certain things you have mentioned that makes me feel you should have a chat with your doctor. I don't want to guess and say its this or that but I would feel better if you would do this.

Please do tell them exactly what you've told me and I'd very much like you to keep in touch.

Where I live there are'nt many professionals, there are some but not as good to be honest
