Sales/Business Development Role

HealthUnlocked are seeking a Business Development Executive to join the commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that is providing unique business solutions and revolutionising how people manage their our own health through the use of technology.

As a Business Development executive, you will help us build our sales pipeline and grow revenue from service areas including patient recruitment, community building and healthcare market research. In the era of digitalisation, your aim is to incorporate technology into the Healthcare sector.

Based in London Bridge, HealthUnlocked is the fastest growing social network for health with hundreds of communities, and millions of visitors every month. It is an anonymous peer support network, which helps people connect with others who are in their same health situation and helps people find relevant health information and services in a highly personalized way. We've partnered with over 600 health organizations around the world to moderate our health communities and are growing rapidly.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities for existing verticals
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the pharma, clinical research organisation (CRO), pharmacy, agency, payor and provider spaces

Essential experience & qualifications

  • 3 to 10 years' experience in sales/business development
  • Strong track record of success in customer-facing sales roles and revenue generation
  • Knowledge of patient recruitment /clinical environments
  • Knowledge and passion of healthcare technology and the start-up tech sector would be a huge advantage

Desirable experience & qualifications

Degree in Business or Life Sciences
