Blood filled genital ulcers

Hi guys

Lately my ulcers have cracked open and bled. Does anyone else have this problem? Usually my ulcers will be painful obviously but lately they’ve been full of blood.

uufff, that must hurt a lot... I get the genital ulcers and suffer a lot, never had them bleed. Have you tried Pepto-Bismol mixed with milk of Magnesia, cold press in the area. it helps me a lot.
