Tinnitus getting worse from work?

Hi, I managed to get the dreaded T a few years ago after a nasty cold and as it was only noticeable in complete silence, and only a mild inconvenience at the time, thought nothing more about.

However, at work we are now using headsets to communicate to each other across my shop I am finding that the buzzing has become more pronounced, (it’s constantly over one ear for up to 10 hours a day) and is now beginning to affect my sleep. I’m really worried about this and was wondering if anyone else has a similar issue??
